រូបនេះតំណាងអោយទឹកចិត្តម្តាយដែលស្រលាញ់កូន ដោយមិនមានលក្ខខណ្ឌ តាំងពីក្បាលដល់ចុងជើង ព្រមទាំងផ្តល់កំលាំងចិត្ត និងពរជ័យអោយកូន មុនពេលដែលកូនចាប់ផ្តើមត្រៀមខ្លួន ទទួលយកបទពិសោធន៍ក្នុងជីវិត។ លើសពីនេះនៅលើដៃម្តាយមានពាក់កងដៃ ប្រៀបដូចនឹងអ្នករាំរបាំអប្សរា បង្ហាញអោយឃើញអំពីភាពស្រស់ស្អាត និងទន់ភ្លន់ដែលមាតាគ្រប់រូប ផ្តល់អោយកូនតាំងពីបាតជើងក្រហមរងៀល។ 

This profoundly tender artwork captures a universal moment of unconditional maternal love: a mother’s hands gently cradling her newborn’s tiny feet. This gesture signifies a love so encompassing it extends “from head to feet,” embodying a protective blessing for the child’s inaugural steps into the world. It beautifully echoes the Khmer saying, “caring for her child since their feet were bright red,” a poignant idiom illustrating the very genesis of devoted parenthood. Adorning the mother’s wrist are bangles and bracelets, subtly referencing the angelic grace of Apsara dancers, thereby elevating the profound preciousness and sacred beauty inherent in motherhood.
